Shipping Policies

Orders placed on TheshoeDoc.com are packed and shipped within one business day of your original purchase date. On average it takes 1-5 business days for your product to arrive once it has been shipped. The time it takes to arrive depends on the size of your order and your distance from Southern California. Orders are shipped via US Post Office First Class Mail for small orders. Larger orders are shipped via US Post Office Priority Mail or UPS. You will be notified by email with a tracking number when your order is processed for shipping.
